The emotional needs of the students within the Sixth Form are of paramount importance and of equal consideration to their academic progress. Each student is part of a small tutor group, with a personal tutor who also acts as their mentor. In addition, the Head of Sixth Form, Custodian of the Sixth Form, Chaplain, Counsellor and Careers Officer play a vital part in supporting students as they make their way towards adulthood.
Communication with parents is equally essential, and positively encouraged. Parents are provided with direct email addresses of all relevant personnel, with the form tutors generally the first point of contact.
