Employment History
Please supply a full history in chronological order of all employment, self-employment, and periods of unemployment since leaving secondary education. Please include any unpaid or voluntary work. Where possible, please state the full date you started and ended your employment
Provide, where appropriate, explanations for any periods of time in which you were not employed, self-employed or in further education or training. In each case, please give reasons for leaving employment.

Present or most recent employment
References
Please provide three referees. One referee should be your current or most recent employer, the second should be a previous employer and the third should be a character reference.
If you are not currently working/volunteering with children but have done so in the past, one referee must be from the organisation for whom you were most recently working/volunteering with children.
Please note: references will not be accepted from relatives or from referees writing solely in the capacity of friends. If shortlisted, references will automatically be sought before your interview, and you will be responsible for their receipt by More House School at least one day before the date of interview.
Please note: If an exceptional reason exists where you do not wish your current employer to be approached before interview, it may be agreed that an additional reference from a role in which you have previously worked with children will be sought, until the reference from your current employer can be obtained.
Supporting Statement
