Eleanor Margesson

Eleanor Margesson is Assistant Head (Training & Outreach) and Teacher of English at More House. With over twenty years of teaching experience across both State and Independent sectors, Eleanor has developed a deep understanding of inclusive education and neurodiversity. Together with the Training Team, she leads the delivery of staff induction, training and professional development.

She has previously served as a SENCo and Primary School governor, and now leads the school’s external training provision, including the acclaimed Spotlight programme and accredited Level 3 and 4 courses. Her work reflects a commitment to empowering educators and improving outcomes for all learners.

Eleanor and colleagues have combined their vast knowledge and extensive experience to run a variety of online and in-person courses, events and conferences, designed to inform, guide and equip SENCOs, teachers and TAs to improve their support of pupils with SEND in the classroom.
