Well done, to our Year Elevens!
We are incredibly proud of our fabulous Year Elevens who have been awarded their GCSE and equivalent BTec results this summer.
Whatever the results for any one candidate, all have displayed remarkable resilience and perseverance to overcome the challenges they have faced and to complete their exams and assessments.

You recorded a 73% GCSE 9-4 and BTec Distinction*-Level 2 Pass rate
Our 2025 GCSE pass rate is 74%
The 2025 national pass rate for England, 16-year-old males is 67.5%; some 6.5 points below us!
71% achieved a Pass (9-4) in GCSE Mathematics
91% of our candidates secured a Pass in Science
(either GCSE 9-4 or BTec Distinction*-Level 2 Pass)
36% of More House Year Elevens achieved at least one top grade
(GCSE 9-7 or BTec L2 Distinction*-Distinction)
41% gained 7 or more good passes
(GCSE 9-4 or BTec L2 Distinction*-Level 2 Pass)
69% collected at least 5 good passes at GCSE or Level 2 BTec
46% achieved 5 or more good passes, including GCSEs in English and Mathematics
37% of students with Education, Health and Care plans secured at least 5 good passes, including GCSE English and Mathematics

There is much to celebrate, and you should all feel very proud of your achievements. However, receiving results can be a worrying time, and not everyone will gain the grades for which they had hoped. Please see below for information on how to speak with school staff in order to ask questions and to receive confidential support and guidance on your next steps - whatever your results.

GCSE Results - Thursday, 21st August 2025 from 8 a.m.
We wish good luck to all of our students receiving their GCSE and Level 2 BTec results. Results will be published on the Pupil Portal at 8 a.m., and available on the Parent Portal from 10 a.m.
