The Librarians' pick for this month is a graphic novel, in line with our  World Book Day focus on all things 'cartoon'.

It's technically a non fiction book about the history of famous comics, but is well illustrated with extracts from famous comics like The Dandy, and focus pages on comic legends like Dennis the Menace. It's part of a series of books incorporating popular themes combined with a low reading age to entice reluctant students back to reading.
