Full time Occupational Therapist
Full time (Full-time equivalent job share considered), permanent, non-residential position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable therapist to join our department. You must be a qualified Occupational Therapist and be registered with HCPC and RCOT. The post will involve managing and delivering therapy to a varied caseload. Therapy staff meet regularly for CPD and supervision and support is provided both formally and informally. This post would suit a newly qualified therapist, a therapist returning to practice, or a therapist with some experience. Although advertised as a full-time position, we would be happy to consider a job-share. Please contact us if you would like to discuss the post further.
All school employees benefit from free on-site parking, and excellent lunchtime meals in the school’s refectory, at no cost. School terms are shorter than in the state-maintained sector, with an average of eighteen school-holiday weeks per year. In addition to the very generous, full-time salary, many of the school’s therapists choose to take on additional work outside of the school’s term-times, taking advantage of the long holiday periods.
Staff training is ongoing and extensive. Full support given to new staff joining the school.
